Bila-Haut Les Vignes Blanc is a full-bodied and flavorful white wine from Languedoc-Roussillon. The vines grow in calcareous clay soils and the grapes are harvested by hand. The wine is a typical South of France blend consisting of grenache blanc, grenache gris and macabeu. Vinification takes place in temperature-controlled steel tanks. The wine is then allowed to rest for a few months to balance.

Character
The aroma has a slightly smoky tone and offers fresh notes of lemon and grapefruit. The taste is intensely aromatic in a mineral-rich style. The fresh acidity with citrus notes comes from the fact that some of the grapes are grown at high altitude and thus in a cooler climate. The finish offers an elegant saltiness.
