The 10–15-year-old vines are planted on calcareous, sandy soils with southeast and southwest exposure. Hand-harvested in small baskets from late September to early October. Short skin maceration with alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Aged mainly in steel, with a small portion in French oak for a short period.
