Right of Return (14 days)

As a customer of Guldtaxen, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your delivery, in accordance with the Distance Contracts Act. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send a written notice by email to info@guldtaxen.se.
 The notice must be sent no later than 14 days after the delivery date to be valid.

Condition of goods

For the right of withdrawal to apply, the goods must be unopened, unused, and in essentially unchanged and good condition. The products must be handled with care while in your possession and must not have been used in a way that reduces their value.

Returns and costs

When exercising your right of withdrawal, you are responsible for returning the goods to Guldtaxen's return address in Denmark and for all costs incurred in connection with the return. The return must be sent without undue delay after you have notified us that you wish to withdraw from your purchase.

Refund

Once we have received and checked the returned goods, Guldtaxen will refund the entire order amount, including the original shipping cost, if applicable. The refund will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we have received your notification of your right of withdrawal. We reserve the right to wait with the refund until the goods have been returned to us or until you have provided a receipt or other proof that the goods have been returned.
