Order Procedure

To place an order through Guldtaxen, the buyer must be at least 20 years old at the time of purchase, act as a private individual and end consumer, and provide a valid Swedish delivery address. The buyer must also accept the full terms and conditions at checkout. Once the order has been received, an automatic confirmation will appear on the screen and will also be sent to the email address provided.

Payment

In accordance with the Swedish Tax Agency’s regulations for distance selling of alcohol, each shipment must have a registered buyer when the goods arrive in Sweden. Guldtaxen is therefore unable to handle or deliver any order that does not have a valid designated recipient. To ensure full compliance with these regulations, all payments must be made in advance.

You may choose to pay by Klarna or by card (VISA, Mastercard, or American Express). Payment is taken at the time of ordering. Guldtaxen reserves the right to cancel an order and refund the full purchase amount if any of the conditions above are not fulfilled.

Defects and Damages

Naturally, you should never have to pay for a defective or damaged bottle. Any transport damage must be documented and reported directly to the carrier at the time of delivery. If you suspect that you have received a defective bottle, please contact us and we will assist you.
