The vineyard is are east and south faving with silty-clay granite soils. The grapes are hand harvested and maceration takes place over 8 to 10 days. 30% of the grapes are destemmed. No fining but light filtration before bottling. The wine is aged for 6 months in concrete tanks.

Fruity aromas dominated by red fruit- strawberries and redcurrants interwoven with floral notes of roses and peonies. The wine has a fine structure on the palate and soft, silky tannins. This wine is full of vitality and boasts long-lingering aromas.
